Terms of Service — Next Level Detailing LLC Effective Date: October 30, 2026

1. Services & Estimates Next Level Detailing LLC ("we," "our," or "us") provides automotive detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), window tinting, vinyl wrapping, and powder coating services in Beaverton, Oregon. All quotes and online estimates are based on standard vehicle conditions. Final pricing may be adjusted upon in-person vehicle inspection if excessive soiling, pet hair, hazardous materials, or pre-existing surface damage requires additional labor or materials.

2. Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations Certain services—including ceramic coatings, PPF, vinyl wraps, and custom powder coating—may require a deposit at the time of booking to secure scheduling and materials. Please provide at least 24 to 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

3. Pre-Existing Vehicle Condition & Personal Belongings Prior to service, we inspect vehicles for pre-existing paint defects, rock chips, clear coat failure, or interior wear. Next Level Detailing LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage or aging/fragile vehicle components discovered or exposed during normal cleaning and preparation processes. Please remove all personal valuables, firearms, and sensitive items from your vehicle before drop-off.

4. Aftercare & Warranties Longevity of ceramic coatings, PPF, window tint, and vinyl wraps depends on proper customer aftercare and maintenance. Any applicable manufacturer warranties on films or coatings are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms and proper post-installation care.
